Looks like I’ll be sticking around for a little while longer after that year of planning fell through. The whole move back to the Maritimes, which has felt imminent since last December, isn’t going to happen when I didn’t get what I thought was my best chance for a job in New Brunswick. So now, after a year of feeling like I’ve been on hold, I don’t really know what the next move is.
Get a new job here in Montreal? Try to buy a house (I can hear my mortgage specialist laughing at me from here)? Just find a new rental that’s a little more suited to a family?
I feel the need for a change but I don’t know what form it’s going to take yet.
