This involved both William Shatner and Reality TV and yet somehow, I wasn’t included.
The producers of the Joe Schmo Show have unveiled their follow-up. Shatner shows up in a small town in Iowa and convinces the entire town that he’s filming a sci-fi movie called “Invasion Iowa!” The townsfolk interact with the imported actors playing, well, actors and other Hollywood types. This could actually be very funny.
It’s supposed to air on SpikeTV but then, I promised they’d be running “Hangin’ with Ol’ Dirty Bastard” by now and that never happened either. So, you know, maybe I’m the schmo.
