Good piece from The Black Table on the practice of people donating truckloads of clothes to disaster victims. Folks, when your home has been destroyed in a flood or hurricance, the first thoughts to enter your mind will be “I can’t believe it’s all gone. Where are we going to sleep? How much is this going to cost us? How will I rebuild? How will we eat? Will I be able to afford insurance again?”
It is unlikely that at any point will you ever think, “But whatever shall I wear?”
